Supporting partnerships for the Green Home Finance Accelerator (GHFA)

The GHFA will make available up to £20m in grant funding to support the development and piloting of innovative green finance products and services for owner-occupiers and private landlords.

It aims to accelerate activity in the green finance market and support product design and innovation, building capabilities and partnerships, and establishing a diverse range of green finance products and services which can enable an increase in the uptake of home retrofit measures.
